Standard chain pub
We regularly visit the hungry Horse which is just around the corner. The staff are very helpful and polite across the board. The variety of food is varied and they cater to most tastes and appetites. 'Brilliant proper English pub food' springs to mind.
Today we both ordered the steak on the discount special list which was £5 a truly top price. It was cooked to perfection, absolutely divine, I couldn't stop commenting on how tasty it was.
My daughter and Mum love this pub for the food, the convenience and we look forward to the play area being re-opened once again.
Thank you to the Cherry Tree team for providing us with great food, fantastic service and a pleasant atmosphere. Keep doing what you are doing and we will keep coming back! Thank you.
Brought our girls to the zoo and to see the lights. Stopped here for tea. The food was great well priced and Zoe offered us a fabulous customer service. We would definitely stop off here again. Thank you 😌
We visited this pub at the end of going to the zoo, but before doing the illuminations.nice large spacious pub. Zoey was our waitress, and she was brill. The treat the family for £16 including a huge sharing ice-cream sundae was outrageous value. Small error of no salad with my lasagne quickly rectified. Good atmosphere. You must come!!

The covid situation definitely has effected business but the staff still happy and doing the best ..
