We have just returned from a couple of nights clamping at Valley Yurts. We absolutely loved the experience; the hosts Jo and Matt were on hand if we needed anything, and nothing was too much trouble. The yurts themselves were beautiful and comfortable, and the place was spotlessly clean. We felt everything possible had been done to ensure a very safe visit during this pandemic. We loved the area and spent much of our time walking. On our second evening we rented the pizza oven, and the fresh homemade bread dough and passata made for a delicious pizza base, topped with mozzarella and fresh basil. The yurts themselves were beautiful and comfortable. We will definitely be back with our family next year.

Myself and my husband had the most wonderful time at Valley Yurts. Jo and Matt are amazing hosts, they were welcoming and had thought of everything! Such a peaceful and relaxing place with so much style and comfort throughout. I would highly recommend Valley Yurts to everyone!

Valley yurts exceeded all my expectations, in every way! The photos of the yurts and surrounding views don’t do it justice. It’s such a beautiful setting, and the hosts attention to detail and efforts to make everything, from the bathrooms to the kitchen area, and the site itself so wonderful, were really appreciated. As a lifelong camper, it was such a treat to have things like recycling, food waste, access to electricity, solar lights, fridges, and a kitchen with such a surprising variety of equipment (that’s even bigger than my own at home!). The bathroom was beautifully decorated and the showers were the best I’ve ever had on a campsite! As a group it was great to have the whole site to ourselves and we made good use of all the games (badminton, volley ball etc) and the pizza oven which was so fun and made delicious pizza (we even did a loaf of bread in it). The hosts were really friendly and were keen to help us with any queries and made us all feel really safe in relation to hygiene around COVID. I can’t recommend this place enough to anyone who wants a UK getaway (whether you like camping or not). I’ve already told so many people about this place since I’ve visited and our group will certainly be making it an annual trip.

Beautiful yurts in an idyllic location. Jo and Matt were so helpful and the facilities were fantastic. We can't wait to go back next year. Highly recommended.

A great site, everything is well thought out and worked perfectly for our group of 3 families. The yurts were so comfortable, the showers luxurious and the communal kitchen well equipped. The communal outdoor seating and camp fire great spot to hang out together. We can’t wait to come back next year.
