Great nice and relaxing park not now that was three years ago terrible site now new managers left right and centre it's a shame

We have been on this park for just over a year. Our caravan is in a lovely spot with amazing views of Pendle Hill and surrounding areas. I have always found the staff are friendly and approachable as are the brothers who own the park. The maintenance men are working hard tidying the park up getting ready for spring. We have met some lovely people on this park. The park is dog friendly and there are some lovely walks all close by. The local pub is also dog friendly and the staff are very welcoming. The park is so peaceful set in a lovely area and we love it.

Avoid at all costs, ruthless owners and thieving managers just after your hard earned cash. The park is a shambles, and is run on threats and fear. People being ripped off at every opportunity, with extortionate prices, constantly being increased by the Hill brothers, who have no regard for any of the people who LIVE on the camp. . Don't waste your time or money here

I would like to warn you all about the criminal activity that has been going at this caravan park for several years now. Back in 2014 I purchased a caravan from this caravan park but was subsequently warned of "urgent" repairs which had to be carried out on my newly bought caravan. Little did I know that a few weeks later MY caravan was being rented out to other people without my consent. I contacted the police but due to some questionable paperwork they wormed there way out of the situation. This company is ran by THIEVES and CRIMINALS and I cannot stress enough how careful anyone must be to avoid this caravan park and the criminals that work there. Do not go anywhere near this caravan park unless you are willing to lose thousands.

I have been a caravan owner here for quite a long time. I have had no problems with the staff always been great with me. The site is very quiet and peaceful and they want to keep it that way.
