Booked a room for the 1st November and paid a deposit of £20 phoned to cancel will not give me back my deposit my friends booked for the same time but did not pay a deposit so do not trust this hotel
Staff very helpfull -food good and they keep the place very clean would go again when we are in the area thank you
Only ever been once before and the food was great then, wasn't disappointed this time, excellent food and the staff were polite and helpful, definitely going back.
The staff is very attentive and cordial but the cleaning service leaves much to be desired from not replacing the toilet paper, shampoo or soaps in time to changing the bath towels and not replacing them the same day.
Fine. They were certainly taking the safety measures for Covid seriously.
