Ideal for an overnight stay for business in Burnley the following day. Room was nice and clean and despite being close to main road and with an adjacent restaurant it was still pretty quiet even with the window open. On the downside the adjacent car park is small, tight with cars parked haphazardly and quite poorly lit. I used the restaurant car park farther away but beware of a few large potholes if walking through. Comfy large bed and loads of floor space in the room. It’s also within easy walking distance to some takeaways and a Spar.
We had a problem with the booking but the two girls at the front desk went above and beyond to help us. Kirsten and Trish were unbelievably helpful and done there job and more. Thanks to them for all of their help
Good value, clean, warm. Good place to bunk down with family for a couple of nights. Friendly staff, was leant an iron & ironing board on request. (N.B. no bar/catering facilities at this Travelodge, though you can order a packed breakfast - doesn't seem great value though). Deducted one star for having to walk through smokers congregating round front door.
No idea where the BBQ in the picture is, this is a standard Travelodge offering - surprisingly quiet considering the M65 is only yards away!
Hayley was extremely helpful and welcoming. Great customer service. Would definitely return in future.
