What can we say...our second visit to this beautiful B&B. Stayed in the very comfortable and beautifully decorated Chapel Room. Everything thought of to make sure a memorable stay is had. Great breakfast with great choice. Nothing is too much trouble. Amazing building with amazing hosts David and Mark...don't miss out on this little gem x Can't wait to go back Helen and Phil x

I wish there were 10 stars. Such a gorgeous property surrounded with beautiful farmland and reservoirs. Our host was absolutely kind and enjoyable to be around. The property is 500 years old and so amazing to take in. What a great find for the beginning of this trip. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
What a great choice I made booking this guesthouse!
I got a text on the morning of arrival asking me about dietary requirements and arrival time, which was great as I made my requests there and then.
The house itself is stunning and I knew as soon as I pulled up it was going to be a great place to stay. The house is some 400+ years old and retains many of its original features.
The bed was particularly comfy, I slept like a log and I'm a very light sleeper usually.
The rolltop bath in the room was a nice touch and the views are incredible.
Breakfast is of great quality with many options for all diets and allergens.
P.S Went for dinner @ Aroma in Burnley on the hosts recommendation - great advice!
Hope to stay again soon.
