Wow what a clean, spacious spa ! Went just before lockdown 2 started. Due to them taking on limited bookings, the spa was near enough empty. Staff were seen regularly cleaning as soon as a room/treatment was used. Loved how clean every aspect of the spa was, from the changing rooms to the spa area. My husband had booked this as a surprise and I must say it didn't disappoint. Afternoon tea was equally amazing. Thank you to the pleasant staff and we will definitely be returning!

Amazing experience and I felt completely safe with the high quality measures in place for covid-19. They limit the amount of people using the spa at one time and have 2 person limits on each steam/sauna room, this not only helped with social distancing but it also made for a much more relaxing, private and luxurious experience. It felt like we had the whole place to ourselves at times. We enjoyed a massage too! It was exactly what we needed after the year everyone has been having! Thank you Ribby Hall Spa for making my birthday so special and looking after your guests in these difficult times 💜

After a long 2 months after lockdown, spending 50 hours a week in work to then spending the most amazing, relaxed night at Ribby Hall was exactly what me and my fiancé needed. 1 night felt like a whole week! The massages are highly recommended, we had 2 lovely members of staff provide a Hot Stone massage with aromatic oils with detoxifying elements. 10/10 best hotel spa experience we have ever been to. We will 100% be returning! Thank you for our stay!

Couldn't recommend more! This is the most needed relaxation of a life time and lots to keep you busy even with restrictions in place at the moment 😔 Best massage I've had locally! Lovely food served very speedy and great staff especially the outside bar and staff member 🥂

Booked The Spa Hotel at Ribby Hall on news government restrictions were being lifted on spas, last minute the government changed it so saunas/steam rooms couldn't be used! None of this mattered, on arrival the staff were helpful and professional, the room was amazing, very clean and comfortable! The spa although not fully operational was relaxing and peaceful, staff were amazing! At dinner the dining room was well set out, the staff were again fantastic and informative, the food was delicious! Breakfast Service was top notch and food was excellent! Overall, I would recommend a stay here, despite the current covid-19 restrictions it was a fantastic stay and we enjoyed it thoroughly!
