Lived here for four months, had to leave in a hurry due to work commitments.
Firstly, the landlady is incredibly helpful and accommodating, something I always appreciate when moving to a new area. The room was compact, but was modified at a short notice to help with my creature comforts (got a new desk in, moved around some furniture). Even moving out was made very easy despite my rush.
Good professional housemates and a nice area. Highly recommended.

Blanka was a great landlady, very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed my stay in one of her properties in Clitheroe- well kept and clean.
I rented a room off Blanka for 7 months and enjoyed the experience. The house and bedroom were kept to a lovely standard and were thoroughly cleaned before I moved in. Blanka is a conscientious landlady and responds quickly with any issues. She goes above and beyond to make the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. I would highly recommend!
