Great addition to the beer hall and food hall. A classy mill conversion with rooms above the restaurant. Nice food and beer and good service. Not pricey

I love this place. Beautiful rooms and fabulous people who work there. Definitely worth a visit .

Booked this hotel for my 80 year old Nana with dementia for my wedding, unfortunately my wedding was cancelled due to COVID and the hotel wasn’t open due to lockdown in June, we paid in full last year. I have been in contact with the hotel since and have tried to move the reservation, unfortunately the hotel was fully booked, the receptionist said she would contact their sister hotel the waddington arms to see if they had availability and would ring me back, I never received a call back. A week later I rang and asked for a refund, my Nana’s card expired in December, unfortunately I don’t keep the last 4 digits of my card 9 months after it expired and therefore I have sent over a bank statement to show the payment coming out of my 80 year old Nanas bank account, the reception manager Becca (Rebecca Calvert) said she would speak to accounts and ring me back either that night of the next day, it got to 5pm and still no phone call, I rang and Becca said accounts were finding it difficult to find the transaction ( I rang the hotel over 40 times to no answer) I therefore left it with her, 48 hours later still no phone call from Becca, I rang again 5 times Becca answers no apology, just accounts are still finding it difficult to find! All I want is a refund of £420 which i have proved I payed for from the bank statement i provided to Becca and a service under no fault of your own, could you provide, if someone could contact me in regards to the matter it would be greatly appreciated. The customer service Becca had provided has been upsetting and shocking.
