The room didnt have any tea.coffee or milk. The tv didnt work. No telephone in room so had to keep going to reception we complained about needing more towels as had to use the ones in room for pool. Was told by reception they would leave some in room but never got any.so couldn't have a shower in morning as towels were still wet. Room was very cold and bed very lumpy

Gorgeous afternoon tea and wonderful service.
Lovely staff, beautiful location, acceptable breakfast. Rooms: very dated decor, thin walls, tiny TV and 70's office style ceilings. Bed comfortable however.
Had afternoon tea, very average tbh, the chocolate Brownie was lovely, the scone would of probably broken a few teeth if I had tried it. there are many better afternoon teas out there.
