Wonderful stay Room was lovely and clean, I particularly liked the ‘no sachet’ policy! Jackie was very friendly and accommodating during this difficult time. I would stay again without hesitation.

booked on booking.com and I was impressed by the pictures and reviews! fool me! I got room humper 3. Nothing to do with the pictures, old, dusty , terrible look! Bathroom really dated and nothing to do with pictures! I thought not worth the money at all but since it was 1030pm (checked in 945pm) and only 3 nights I decided to stick with it. Undressed and I was jumping in the shower and noticed that there were not actual towels. As 11pm ish So texted the after 10pm number, no reply for a while. So got dressed and decided to be rude and call. An hesitent person after a while recommended me to go to a room at an upper floor to go and collect some towels! absolutely ridiculous! that was decided to book somewhere else and within 5 min left! extremely disappointed , I travelled the world for leisure and work and I rarely have been in something so bad and off putting

Lovely, welcoming atmosphere. Very friendly service. Comfy bed, very clean and tasty breakfast 😀
