Stayed here again for a couple of nights. The team there make you feel safe and welcome, the rooms are clean and the staff are really helpful. We checked in with Jade the receptionist we explained we would be coming back in November for our 25th wedding anniversary. She asked if we would like the same room (overlooking the canal) in November, we said yes and she booked it there and then. Its little things like that, that encourage you to come back. Thanks to all of the staff.
Brilliant place to stay, warm welcome when you arrive and well looked after.
One of the better ones. I've been in some terrible Premier Inn sites over the last 18 months.
The room was clean however the main component "bed" was terrible. It creaked & groaned on the slightest of movement, mattress lumpy & needs to be changed immediately.
No sleep obtained due to comfort & noise. Room was cold, thermostat didn't heat up as I hoped. I turned it up though never seemed to leave 18°
All other stays in Premier Inns around the country have been much more comfortable & pleasant.
Since my last stay this has gone from a 3 to 5.
Breakfast area is now integrated and wow what an improvement.
I was checked in by the Assistant Manager and what wonderful customer service. She showed me around the new breakfast area with pride.
All the staff I came into contact with I can't fault at all.
This is now my go to Inn when I'm up here in Chorley/Preston.
