Clean chain usual stuff
Nice quite locatiin set back off the road, carpark is a little small but there is a large pub carpark set just above the hotel with a ramp but unlit at night, pub does food but did not go in so cant comment , petrol station right across the road selling the usual snacks and another petrol station a little further up with a subway sandwich bar inside
Staff is friendly and helpful . Overall conditions and cleanliness of room leave a lot of space for improvement. Really bad odour in room and corridors, no hot water ( just about a room temperature) , mould and dirt in bathroom and on walls .
Stayed overnight quick drop off for business. Bed was very comfortable. Room tidy shower was great. Friendly staff loads parking. No breakfast here though. Forget that packet breakfast with cheap porridge they give you thats not breakfast
I had a good stop on the way to the Lakes. Pretty much as expected with no frills but clean and comfortable. The breakfast in the nearby restaurant was excellent.
