Warm welcome,looked after really well by all the staff. Assistant manager was very knowledgeable about the beers available and took time to chat about them. Food was fresh and hot. We were not rushed and enjoyed our couple of hours.
Been here today for a meal with my family for my grandson birthday. The meal was lovely so complements to the chef and the staff were also great. Nothing was to much trouble and we got a very warm welcome. Will definitely be returning! Thank you willows.xx
Cheap and cheerful. 2 stars off for the sergeant major like attitude of who I presume was the manager. I get they have to be COVID19 secure, but being barked at to "stand there", "dont touch the bar", "stand further away from that person next to you" etc. was a touch excessive and drained the fun out of the meal out.
Lovely meal, waiter/waitress table service for food & drinks. The Willows have got a safe & secure environment in place, track & trace & one way entrance/exit. Excellent!!
Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms as you would expect. Food pretty good. People staying seem to completely disregard notices requesting masks be worn in corridors, which is annoying and in my view disrespectful to the staff that have to work here. Precautions in the bar/restaurant are good but be aware that the app doesn't apply the 20% discount to food that you get for staying at the hotel - you only get this by ordering at the bar
