Absolutely beautiful place, stunning rooms, 5 star food and service, only thing I could fault is that we weren't staying longer! For a home away from home, this is definitely the place to stay. If you're looking for fine dining with a homely feel then check out the restaurant! No need for an overnight reservation!
We stayed in room 1 which was absolutely lovely, kindly were upgraded free of charge. The hotel is so lovely, extremely clean. The restaurant is exactly the same as well. The staff are very polite and welcoming. We will be making some plans to come back again. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in here in the UK.
Stayed here Saturday and Sunday night arrived and told our room had been upgraded at no extra cost. Room was fantastic and spotless and had one of the comfiest beds I have ever slept on. Breakfast was excellent, staff were brilliant and friendly and was happy to help with anything. Would highly recommend to anyone it was worth every penny.
Beautiful building and the decor is fabulous.
All the staff are so friendly and always go the extra mile when they can , restrictions in place so slightly different to before but prefer it the new way as feel so safe.
Sunday dinners are so tasty eating out has never tasted so good.
Very welcoming and accommodating owners. Rooms well appointed and cosy. Great breakfast. Good location for exploring the local countryside, dog loved it too. Would stay again.
