The staff are amazing they really bent over backwards for us when my partner wasn't happy with the room they first booked us in. They put us in a room which we where both happy with. At the moment the only issue I have with the hotel is more cleaning is required at the hotel most definitely but a part from that. My stay was fantastic and I would stay at the hotel again.
Fabulous stay! Very clean rooms, great food but the best thing about this hotel is the staff. The staff cant do enough for you, from the receptionist, bar staff, restaurant staff to the cleaners, they are all friendly and welcoming. Will be back soon.
Very friendly and welcoming staff. Tidy and clean family room. Overall great value for money and no complaints.
Receptionist lovely but hotel cleanliness left a lot to be desired in places, Although beds towels and bathroom appliances were clean. Room came with hairdryer iron ironing board TV and complentary soaps overall not the worst place to stay.
Stay for one night, was greeted on arrival by the lovely manager who was very informative about the area. Room was clean, the toilet shower was clean. Tea coffee kettle provided. There was an iron and ironing board in my room,.which was exactly what I needed. Overall it was quite good, yes it is a little dated at places but I paid less than half of other hotels in area and the staff were friendly. I would recommend
