Venue was great. Live music was alright. Beer selection could have been better.
Have recently moved to the village. Most people I spoke to seemed less enthusiastic about this pub than the others but thought I'd give it the benefit of the doubt. Wish I hadn't bothered! Groups of 12/13 lads being allowed in - no social distancing. If the clientele is a fair reflection of this place then I'd give it a wide berth
Brilliant pub with massive outdoor seating area. Drinks not expensive. Landlady fantastic.
Nice village pub, plenty of outdoor seating ( mostly under cover ) and plenty of social distancing being followed.
Friendly staff, clean & tidy and good value.
Barmaid served an excellent pint of Guinness and the Carling was probably the best I have tasted!
Toilets were also clean and smelled good!
I didn’t sample the food but if it’s as good as the beer I would be happy to try it on a return visit.
Children and pets are welcome, I would recommend this place to anyone young or old.
