WOW!!!! we came a few weeks ago and whilst nothing was really wrong, we didn't feel like we wanted to rush back. we had a table booked yesterday with friends, and from arrival to leaving, everything was amazing, and we are under the impression it's under new management. The welcome desk used to be almost in the car park, and is now inside the pub so you don't have to wait in the rain. the girl who greeted us (I dint get her name, but she was in a blue top and wearing glasses) was very pleasant and polite. we had a lovely table in the mezzanine section and were looked after by a girl I think was called Grace, and the service was faultless even though she was really busy! the food was beautiful! a lot of love had obviously gone into the roast dinners and they were beautiful! We really enjoyed our visit and we will certainly be coming again!! thank you so much!!

We were spoilt with choice. Our server James was incredible. Friendly, helpful, couldn't do enough. In regards to COVID, everything was managed, hand gel, distancing, tables spread out. The food itself was amazing, camembert, squid, pork belly and lamb rack. Even treated ourselves to wine and prosecco. It was a lovely relaxing meal and would go again in a heart beat. Not cheap but well priced for what quality food and service. A wonderful treat.

Considering the covid CIRCUMSTANCES the staff were friendly, supportive and we didn't really have to wait longer than usual as I'm sure they too have to follow strict rules and not just for customer safety but their own also. The food was great and I would/will certainly recommend it. THANK YOU FRONT LINE STAFF and also to the chefs for great food and presentation

We've just moved to quorn and this was pur first visit. We were greeted swiftly and regulations explained professionally but not like a script. We were looked after by Charlotte and she was fabulous. A couple of different waitresses also interacted with us and were just as lovely. The food was absolutely divine, so many options, presented beautifully and cooked to perfection. The whole restaurant was really warm and welcoming but tables were really well spread out and we couldn't have felt safer. We hope tier 2 goes well for the whole team as this place really deserves to be packed every day. Thank you to all. We'll be seeing you again I'm sure.

Great building and attentive staff. Ordered belly of pork which was advertised as crispy crackling, unfortunately ours was more like soggy shoe leather. Either the chef doesn’t know how to cook belly of pork or simply doesn’t care, which is a shame as it let the rest of the team down who were all trying their best!
