We had to sit outdoors on Sunday lunch but it was under cover with heaters so nice and warm. Staff were attentive and we didn't have to wait long. Ordered 4 roasts and was surprised how quickly they came. Really lovely well - cooked vegetables but we would have preferred our beef to be less red. Nothing to complain about. Excellent experience in these darktimes.
After a long walk with friends and dogs we had a delicious lunch before venturing back. Staff were very helpful and friendly and went out of their way to get soya milk for our tea. Felt very safe in the lovely surroundings outside.
Great food, great service and social distancing rules at it's best !
Attentive staff, lovingly prepared food from a varied menu. We would dine here every week if it was nearer. Only downside was the cheese board- but I’m very picky!!
Charming rustic restaurant serving an excellent Sunday lunch. Friendly staff, even though it was busy, well worth visiting. Reserve a table!
