Fabulous pub. Staff are lovely. According to my other half the beer is perfect and the food was great. Please pop in if you get a chance. You won't be disappointed *****
Amazing Sunday roast. Plenty of really nice tender meat. Roast potatoes. Cauliflower cheese, veg and a Yorkshire pudding. Superb. Bread and butter pudding is to die for.
Was staying at a nearby campsite and chose The Cock Inn to eat twice during our stay. Helpful friendly staff, food very good and very hot. Would definitely recommend and would use again.
It gets one star because of the staff only.
Two simple meals fish and chips and pie and new potatoes.
Fish was under cooked and grey and pie was a stew with a bit of flaky pastry and a bit of potato and under cooked veg!!
Not great in any way at all.
This is a very interesting place with lots of character. Plenty of ducking due to the very low doorways. The service was good and the food well presented.
