Montero Lounge

After going onto the Beyondmeat website, I found that Sedero Lounge was one of a only a handful of restaurants selling the Beyond burger within Wokingham. Not a vegan but this was really tasty; the house slaw and sweet potato fries were good too and carrot cake was rich. The Sedero Lounge app had a lot of options to add to the burger, such as hash brown etc. Was quite easy to use too. The restaurant wasn't at half capacity and the food was served quickly. The waitresses were warm, amiable and very attentive. Really enjoyed my first experience there and will be back!

Visited tonight and was so impressed with the staff and the venue. Measures have been taken to allow plenty of room for diners and for those wish to have a casual drink. Staff were friendly, polite, happy to have a laugh we you and extremely accommodating for us and our 1 year old and the food was at it usual high standard. Thanks for a lovely evening guys.

The perfect place for lunch, coffee or a snack. Order from the table with mobile is perfect and works great. Food is always amazing, staff always happy and friendly. It’s always busy but the team still work to make it a great experience.

Upon arriving at Wokingham's SEDERO LOUNGE we found a table to seat our group of 7, but had to clear all the dirty plates onto another table which was piled high with even more dirty plates and glasses. It was incredibly hot, stuffy and humid, it was stifling, so we asked a staff member if the door could be opened a little to allow some fresh air in, but she insisted that opening the door would make her very ill (it was very mild outside at 17 degrees) After a very long wait, the food was finally served, but was of a very poor standard, the garlic bread was burnt black and over cooked, the jambalaya was barely warm, the fish finger sandwich was warm but exceedingly dry and tasteless. We were all disappointed with our meals, but we were on a time constraint by this point and as nobody had enquired/cared if our meals were ok, we simply left. This is the fourth time we have had an unacceptable experience after a year of regular custom and we will certainly not be returning. This was once our favourite place to eat, it is such a shame that standards have dropped so dramatically. The staff are verging on rude, atmosphere is poor and food disappointing. We will not be returning. Despite sending an email, I did not receive a reply until a review left on Trip advisor. Which in itself speaks volumes. *** Reply to manager - I contacted you as you suggested, but once again I was ignored. I did NOT receive any reply or solution. I will not be trying again, it is insulting to be ignored by you ***

First visit today after they reopened. The restaurant was spotless and the staff were clearly very aware of the new hygiene measures they had put in place. Food was great (as usual!) and service quick and friendly. So glad to see Sedero Lounge open again and can't wait to come back.
