Heartless staff. In it for the money. Zero support whatsoever. Clearly keeping the best donations themselves the giving cheap nasty food for the residents food parcels

The sticky tape holding the wallpaper up, the lack of hot water and the lights which didn't turn off properly knocked the two stars off.
