Ok...we're amidst unusual times but no breakfast and an evening meal in a box, left a lot to be desired. I asked if I could have the crisps on the menu...I couldn't because of the virus but I could have a slice of brownie cake instead. Staff excellent and the rooms brilliant as always. Let down by the lack of catering for the customer.
Service was really good both with check in and breakfast. Special mention for Amanda who was on reception and in the restaurant for breakfast. Only slight negative was that the restaurant was not doing evening meals only a take out selection which I did not fancy so ate out elsewhere. Room was comfy and clean. Recommend a visit if in the area and close to the town centre. No parking on site and best to use multi storey car park directly over the road from the hotel which cost me £7.00 overnight.
Great staff and nice views of the park from some news.
