Really good great to go in the morning prize money hit and miss some days prize money better then others sometimes some gala players talk while games are on this really does annoy me its inconsiderate and disrespectful. Staff are nice helpful and friendly food and drink good and reasonable priced good day out or night out for all loos clean cleaners are in every hour clean safe place to come worth going if in lincoln ive been here a few times staff are welcoming came here again on 10/10/20 someone was in bingo talking on phone while bingo was on playing and shouting and yelling throughout bingo across the club not one staff intervened nothing yet two staff was out and about they too heard her nothing was done nothing was said I now made a formal complaint it's not fair not on for this person to carry on talking and shouting for hours like she did she upset me and another bingo customer too

Well all I can say is I won't be going again unless it changes to more in house games. can't fault the staff always work hard and polite and helpful .food was nice nothing was to bad due to covid 19, it all worked well .but out of all the games played in the day there's only the last six that was in house I've never unenjoyed being in there as much as I had today I wanted it to be over I found it very boring I've been going for thirty years and have never won on a link up game .just getting close to winning brings some excitement to the games but not a chance of that happening so I'm afraid until or if it changes bk to in house games I won't be going again
