We had an amazing time in Stable cottage. The welcome pack on arrival was perfect, after a long drive it was just what we needed. The cottage was perfect for our needs and great for a family get together. Kate was very welcoming and gave us lots of ideas of activities to do in the area and sites to see. We were very sad to leave and have already booked our next stay. Would highly recommend to anyone. 5*!

My family had a week’s stay at The Stable Cottage and had a great time. The owner Kate couldn't have been more helpful. The accommodation is finished to a very high standard and there was plenty of communal space for the family to relax in. The location is peaceful and just a 10-minute drive from Lincoln. We wanted a rural location but close enough to Lincoln and Stable Cottage was perfect. Our favourite walk across the farm tracks often ended up at the Farmers Arms at Welton Hill for lunch. We would certainly recommend Stable Cottage and will return again.

My husband and I stayed for a short break in Church View in December and had a really relaxing time. Kate met us on our arrival and was very helpful in recommending things to see and do in the area. The cottage is well equipped, homely and comfortable, and we'll definitely be back!

Fantastic weekend in the beautiful Lincolnshire countryside in Stable Cottage, 7 of us booked the cottage to celebrate 2 friends 40th birthdays, we had an amazing time, our welcome was fab with a lovely basket of fresh eggs,milk and bread, and some fresh flowers on the table, from there the weekend just got better. the view from the cottage across fields was gorgeous and the hot tub an added bonus. the cottage itself was amazing, perfect for the 7 of us with a very well equipped kitchen and 2 fridges to hold all our food and drink. of which there was a lot. the bedrooms were all lovely, and even the sofa bed in the living room was very comfortable. We would definitely recommend the cottage and we will be booking again for later in the year.
