We had a delicious meal off their daily specials board. I had toad in the hole and my husband had sausage and bacon casserole neither of them disappointed, the sausages were very tasty. There was an excellent choice of meals on the menu many of them with out the dreaded chips. I had lemon meringue for dessert, again I could not fault it, my husband had apple caramel pie, which he really enjoyed. The service was very good, we got everything we ordered without having to chase anything. The staff were excellent, they were always in the background but not intrusive. We will return when we are back in Norfolk.

Food was delicious. Fish finger sandwich had large chunks of batter fish. The chips were brilliant and crispy. My husbands burger was excellent too. Great cold pints. Lost a star for no track and trace details taken.

Great friendly welcome, staff lovely. Social distancing measures in place. Nice range of drinks. Very good food. Only called in on the way to Burgh Castle, as we had been here years ago and remembered it being nice. Not disappointed, still excellent. Will certainly return when next in the area.

Freshly redecorated and refurbished. Looks fresh, contemporary and inviting yet still maintains that local country pub charm. Kudos to the designer! Attentive & professional staff in smart attire. Plenty of seating inside and out in the spacious garden. Ample parking. A good selection of beers, lagers and spirits as well as soft drinks. The burgers and sausages are made on site & have a truly wonderful flavour. Live music now becoming a feature here too.
