We had a friendly welcome from the lady in reception & the toilets & showers were warm & clean. It isn't a
pretty site but considering it's in the middle of a racecourse we weren't expecting it to be. It served it's purpose perfectly for us
Fairly flat and level site, well managed to allow c19 safety. A little road noise but not enough to spoil our stay. Easy walk or cycle ride to great yarmouth in all its glory (classic British seaside town along the lines of Brighton, Blackpool, skegness, southend etc). Soil a bit sandy so grass is not normal caravan club length and quality but well drained and tidy enough. Toilet and shower room immaculate, no problem there. Decent security and plenty of choice of pitches although all are grass, couldn't see any handstand but no problem (very well drained due to sandy soil). Well done caravan club, another great place to stay!
Lovely site, showers are excellent, all amenities kept spotless .Nice peaceful stay. Sally and Steve brilliant wardens so helpful and caring, The Best.
