Were welcomed at the gate. Staff friendly and helpful. Caravan was clean and tidy. Only problem was the wet room flooded. The rim around the shower unit didn't contain the water. This meant there was water surrounding the toilet. My partner is disabled and this made it dangerous under foot. Meals were nice but expensive. Overall it's not a bad place to go. Easy to get out and about to places of interest.
Great park, staff are really friendly and nice. Good location, good value for money!! Only issue was the bed wasn't the most comfortable. But apartment had everything you need. Shout out to the ents team and the young man serving drinks to our table well done.
Love it here, we come here two or three times a year. Good for younger children. Local bus service into great Yarmouth etc, everything you need on site and local shops
Lovely maisonette very clean, nice clean park, friendly helpful staff. Beds, bedding and pillows all clean warm and comfy. Over all much better than i thought it would be 👍

The place was very modern stayed in a chalet, very newly refurbished, would recommend, very spacious.
Social distancing measures, and measures to uphold safety of others was done very well, the bar areas were clean and worked safely.
All staff were helpful and friendly, we had a leaky sink and they came in within a hour and fixed it, keeping up with social distancing as well.
Very enjoyable visit, would go again, rooms aren't very sound proof so you can hear things above or below you in the chalet blocks, but wasn't too loud so not a issue.
