I was absolutely heartbroken when my two Chinchillas Maggie and Grey sadly passed away, I always knew I wanted to get them cremated. I’m so glad I chose to get them cremated at Rainbow Bridge. When we got there we were allowed to say our final goodbyes which was lovely, they were carefully laid out on a table with flower petals. It was lovely and it made them look so peaceful, they were lovers from the start and had children together so it was even nicer that they were able to get cremated together. They’re now together forever in their lovely oak box and their engraved plaque is absolutely beautiful! They were handled with care, respect and dignity from the moment they arrived and the condolences we received for our loss were legit. They really do care about your pets just as much as you do! I received a phone call the next day saying they were ready to be picked up, they were in a bag which came with a candle, forget me not seeds, a certificate of cremation and even a card! It was so heartwarming! I left them there with 100% confidence that they were being treated with proper care! I would 100% recommend Rainbow Bridge to anyone looking for somewhere to get their beloved pets cremated! They really do care and show compassion for your pets! Thank you for looking after my two fur babies and for giving them the best final send off!
So pleased that we found Rainbow Bridge! Having just lost our beautiful cat, Misty, we rang them and Clare was sympathetic, caring and helpful. Jack collected Misty within half an hour, treating her with the dignity she deserved, and again, was polite and caring. We knew she was in safe hands. Misty was back with us the next day. The card and candle were a lovely touch which made it more special. We can't thank you and your team enough, for making this sad time more bearable. After the loss of our cat Dexter, we wanted to make sure that he was taken care properly.
From the first contact we knew that we had found the right people. The reassurance of individual cremation was also a blessing.
The farewell room was perfect and much better than what we were expecting, nicer than a lot of places I have been for humans! We weren't rushed at any point.
Thank you to the team at Rainbow Bridge, we wont be rushing back, but when the time comes in the future, we will know where to come.

Such lovely, kind and sympathetic people. We lost our beloved cat Simba suddenly. From the initial phone call through to fetching his ashes back today their service could not have been better. Very understanding as to how much a pet is a part of the family and treated with equal respect.

They're really good, attentive people, from the person that exchanged texts with me to the lady (sorry I forgot your names) in reception that has the most sweet calming voice I've ever heard. Thank you all for treating our beloved Honey with respect and love. You're all fantastic.
