We enjoyed a weekend here back when lockdown restrictions had eased slightly and we had an awesome time. We felt in good hands with the owner who communicated well, explaining covid measures (including the fogging process!) which put us at ease. The place itself is stunning and at a really great price point for a big group. The lodge caters for all the things a big group needs - space, dining table, kitchenware (down to a cafetiere!), outdoor space, games. We were lucky with the weather so enjoyed a BBQ outside and an afternoon in and out of the hot tub but I think it would be lovely and cosy in winter too. Would not hesitate in returning!

Hen party of 12! Owner was brilliant, helpful and attentive when something went wrong with the heating! Hot tub sauna and steam room were great! Only slight downside was that there were two sofa beds upstairs in the main sleeping area. One was rock hard, the other great but would've preferred more bunks instead of the double bed and the oven/shower situation was hard work with 12 girls. Would highly recommend though. Well worth a trip!
