Nice place to stay, breakfast was very good, the host very welcoming. Good price for a Saturday night stay over. Recommend for families on a tight budget. We would stay again if we're in the area.

Lovely place, warm, cosy and clean. Owner is an absolute delight and very welcoming, if we ever work or visit kings Lynn in the future we will be staying here again!
