Very nice stay. Karl and Jude were very helpful. They organised my special diet, they looked after us very well. So grateful for that. Comfortable room. Good location. Nice park nearby. Happy to return. Thanks again.

A very warm and friendly welcome, The room we was in was a little snug, but that didn't worry us as we was out during the day. The breakfast was fantastic cooked to order so your food was piping hot when delivered to the table. Lots of tea and coffee when needed, The range of food available from a very full English to beans on toast. We had our anniversary while there, and when we returned from a day out there was a beautiful big jug flowers in our room (very nice jesture). The names of the very nice and hard working owners are Karl and Jude, I give these people a 5 star rating and a very big thank you for looking after us so well.

Lovely cycle friendly B&B located near the historical centre and restaurants of King's Lynn. Carl and Jude give you a warm welcome and a hearty cooked to order breakfast with Jude's homemade marmalade - not to be missed. Very clean and well presented, we loved staying here, thanks Carl and Jude, a great job

The accommodation was spotless when we arrived. Easy to find with the satnav, there is a small car park for the customers. One of us has a diary and gluten free diet but the owners did accommodate that easily. True, we contacted them before to ask about the diet restrictions. The bedroom is facing a little, beautiful and well maintained garden, fully equipped with hair dryer, etc and a modern bathroom. We were the only customers that weekend. The owners are doing everything to protect their customers against the current pandemic: hand sanitizers at the entry point, with sensors that we don't have to touch them. Hand gel in the room as well. The owners were wearing face covering at all time, even though it is not convenient for them (have spectacles with a face covering, you'll know what I mean). There are arrangements for the breakfast to avoid more than one customer at the same time. Despite I would guess a stressful time for tourism businesses, the owners were very friendly and gave tips of places to visit. The breakfasts were excellent and well filling. The overall quality of the accommodation was above standards. For the price, it is a no brain. To be fully recommended.
