Very clean and friendly
I have to say this is by far the best and most accommodating travel lodge I have ever stayed at! The staff are amazing, welcoming and couldn't do enough. Bug shout out to all of them, love Matty and Mikey xx

The heat!!
Currently writing this review at 1.50am from the car park. The heat in the room is absolutely unbearable, so we are having to sit outside to cool down. We are not the only ones out here too - so it must be a problem for many. Whilst it is undeniably warm outside, the lack of ventilation, due to the window only opening a small amount, makes the room like a sauna. We have been here three nights, and have barely slept due to the heat. The one small fan is doing little to keep the large family room cool.
Having said that - at a cooler time of year, we would be more than happy to come again as the room was very clean and felt covid safe!
Room was not properly clean. I found pubic hair in the plug hole, there was
excrement still in the toilet bowl but they just put the blue bleach on it. You could still see it underneath.
I was also got charged £26 to call the hotel to get help to navigate their midfield of a website. All I got was a slow talking man not wanting to put me through to the hotel. Found out why he was a slow talking man. Its a premium rate number.
