This place is lovely. Owner rents out this guest house rooms for contract workers only which is fine with me. Fully usable kitchen with microwave, washing machine, gas hob and oven. Tea and coffee on tap if you want it. Within a mile of the train station and major super markets nearby. Definitely will stay here again.

Me and my partner Garry stayed at this lovely Accommodation on Friday 20th and Saturday 21st September 2013 , Peter and his lovely wife were very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us, they made our stay here very welcoming . This is the second time Garry has stayed at this Accommodation and we both think it is of value for the money we paid to stay there, hopefully be booking again for the 2014 , we would rate this lovely place 10/10 for being clean,comfy,and spacious........

Its the best b&b i have stayed in. clean and tidy . close to the town center. pete was very helpful told me about the area , where to go . It is ideal for contractors ..

arranged to be staying there a for 8 days in november ,my job in london over ran by 2 days rang to check if this was a problem."no problem at all was the response" Travelled up on the tuesday from london arrived at 7.30pm to find they had let my room out . perfect no where to sleep not even a call. Not a proffesional way to run things no wonder they wont take any payment over the phone. BE WARNED MAY BE CHEAP BUT 1ST CHANCE OF MORE PEOPLE STOPPING AS IN MY CASE 4X PEOPLE THEY WILL RENT YOUR ROOM OUT!!!!
