I went here for my birthday yesterday, as it had been recommended by a few people and it's hands down the best food I've eaten in Norfolk. The portions are huge (not a bad thing) meaning I didn't quite finish my main after my starter, but it was so worth it at such a reasonable price. Beautiful calm room to eat in too. Highly recommend :)

There was a power cut so our initial booking at 1200 had to be cancelled. We were still in the area at 1400 when the power came back on and the landlady was very accommodating to fit us in despite having sent the front of house staff home. Food was delicious and the portions sizes were large. The cask ale was great also. Will be back next time we are in the area.

Lovely stay here - the breakfast was incredible and good variety. We were told that if you wanted a cappuccino, that it would cost extra, which seems a bit off. Dined here in the evening too, food was exceptional - would highly recommend. Staff were very friendly and welcoming, always warm. The bedroom has a nice decor, although the bed was quite small, felt like it was 1.5 size rather than a double bed. Good location if you're driving, not too far from most of the beauty spots that you'd want to visit.

Love this place. The meals are delicious, generous and the menu is large enough that there is something for everybody. Staff are really friendly and helpful. Prices are fair for the amount and quality of food provided. They also have an excellent selection of beers.

Putting the noisy group of lads on the adjacent table... the Buckinghamshire Arms was great. Super attentive staff, very friendly. The food was amazing. Including the best falafel I've ever had. Huge portion of battered fish and chips. Fabulous Mac 'n' Cheese. Fully stacked beef burger and a very tasty garden and halloumi burger. Would certainly recommend the Buckinghamshire Arms and we'll definitely be back again.
