Homely, friendly, comfortable and in the present climate safe due to stringent covid 19 precautions being implemented. The owners Anna and Iain are always available to give assistance when required. A really relaxing place to stay.
This is one of the most exceptional guest houses that I have ever stayed in. Anna and Iain are star hosts and the rooms are spotlessly clean. Each bedroom is decorated in period style but with every necessary 21st century mod con we cannot do without. Iain does the most wonderful breakfasts and Anna is the hostess extraordinaire.
I first booked in 3 years ago when sourcing items for my business, and enjoyed it so much that I now won't stay anywhere else when in the vicinity. I much look forward to my next visit in the next couple of months.
Ian & Anna are fantastic hosts made us feel so at home. Breakfast well what can i say more than enough choice and freshly cooked to order a hidden gem in Lincoln
