Very nice, clean and well located for visiting the tourist spots like the Cathedral and castle, along with the Marina area. It is also well situated for the train station which is only 5-10 min walk away. The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble which helped to ensure that our stay was a happy one.

We booked a family super room for our stay here. We were on the top floor and the room was comfortable and very clean. You get a coffee machine in the room, a bigger tv and the fixtures and fittings are that little bit nicer than a normal room. You also get a hair dryer and an iron and ironing board. There is aircon in the room to make it a little bit more comfortable too. There is only room for 22 cars in total for the hotel including 4 disabled bays, and these go very quickly. However, there is a large carpark right outside the hotel which is £8.50 to park for 24 hours. The hotel is just around the corner from the main shopping district and ideal for the walk up the hill to the cathedral and the castle. I highly recommend this hotel for the facilities, the friendly staff and the service you recieve

My daughters 18th birthday weekend and we enjoyed our stay here. Great to find walking the quickest way to the shops in the amazing city instead of travelling around in the car to find a parking space.
