Lovely Hotel, Seemed to be lots of random noises during the night from pipes banging but we did have a room next to the lifts apart from that no other complaints.
In very strange times a enjoyable stay. Parking limited and quiet difficult to find let alone park. Staff very friendly and helpful, book tables in advance... would definitely stay again
All ok
As you would expect, beautiful rooms, well appointed with everything you would expect from a good grade hotel. Situated in the restaurant area of Lincoln and an ideal base from which to explore. Excellent staff.
Not brilliant. Cramped car park. No one knows how to cut grapefruit segments - peeled and hacked! Mussels for mail course cold, shell dish was saucer-sized and when I said so was told to ask for another when full. As always, no one came by, so filled it and a side plate before I was rescued from shells! I was compensated. Many thanks. But was second-worst dish of mussels I have ever had, and I normally really enjoy them. Probably would stay here again, but would probably look for somewhere else to eat.lots of places on the Brayford Wharf.
