Lovely hotel close to the waterway. Clean rooms, very comfortable bed and spacious, well stocked bathroom. Restaurant is reasonably easy to get to with only a few steps. Excellent service.

Large room but uncomfortable bed, every time we moved the bed shook, the room was bare, no conditioner or body lotion. Very noisy with People walking around all night and talking loud, laughing at 3am. Receptionist was lovely but bar service not, we were made to feel like an inconvenience. Holiday Inn makes it clear there's no point being loyal as platinum elites we still got the worst room in the hotel and absolutely no recognition of status or perks. We had a night at the Hilton next door and regret not saying there the lot time, much better than the Holiday Inn.

We were here last night, what about? At the beginning I was very nervous, because it seemed that our room was gone, but I have to be honest the people at the desk solved the situation very well, even we were given a superior room without extra charge, I have slept in many hotels of this company, and certainly it is the one with the best customer service, then it is very crowded to demonstrate that they work well, the defects are there, but the cleanliness is sufficient for English standards, however a well deserved 5 stars

Heaters don't work properly, toilets don't drain properly, draughty windows, missing shower screen seals, extractor fans not working, doors that don't close properly so you come back from work to find cleaners have left your door unlatched so anyone could have come in and taken my things. Overall pretty poor maintenance.
