Amazing B&B, spotless room and a lovely full english breakfast. These people went above and beyond to make me and my 2 year old son feel at home. I would highly recommend.

Very nice B&B. Clean rooms, well furnished. Staff very nice and helpful. Location is very good - close to the center, to the University and train station. WiFi working very well.

As a cheap, conveniently placed and essy to find B&B it did well. The room was neat, warm and tidy, and the bed was clean. Parking provision was good if you got there first (3 free permits) but if the place was full during the week some would be disappointed I booked in late on a Fri so I shouldn't have been surprised that the 'welcome' procedure was a bit hit or miss, as attested to by some fellow, puzzled-looking guests but we each found our way to our rooms in the end (it's two houses conjoined). You're pretty much left to your own devices until breakfast and the breakfast options were reasonable and well prepared.
