Great location just off the city centre in Lincoln and very handy for all local amenities and attractions. Super clean and in good decorative order. Whilst the rooms can't be described as luxury, boutique etc they are of a very good standard, spacious and well equipped. Handy car park right next door which is reasonably priced. On the subject of pricing it really would be hard to beat the value for money that this hotel offers. Will definitely stay again when we are in the area., Thoroughly recommended !

Quiet hotel close to city centre. Value for money breakfast with very helpful serving staff. Ample parking just behind the hotel, costing just £10 from Friday evening until Sunday However whilst acknowledging COVID restrictions, it was noticeable that Reception was closed for long periods in spite of stating 24 hour access and losing one of the two lifts at the busiest time for housekeeping, ie when guests are checking out. This caused major problems for guests returning to their rooms from breakfast and for guests booking out of the hotel. Also be aware that rooms are not being made up during your stay so paper bins are not being emptied, tea, coffee etc are not being replenish nor are used towels being replaced. You will need to go to Reception to replace these if required. In fairness this is stated in the small print at the bottom of the Welcome letter left in your room, but not everyone reads this, I didn’t!!. This also of course depends on Reception being open when you need to replace items We found a great Thai restaurant, Thai Marina, down near the waterfront. You would need to book for weekends as very popular. I would definitely book this hotel again as great central location, five minute walk into the city centre with numerous bars, cafes, restaurants and shopping.

Despite COVID regulations limiting the service the two guys on reception could not have been more helpful. They explained the convoluted way to get to our room and how to park next door. The city centre location was not ideal for a family stay we thought but the Service provided and the excellent beds were just what was needed after a long journey from Germany. I look forward to enjoying a Premier Inn breakfast when conditions allow it.

The room was nice and clean. The Internet that is free in unreliable and only capable of browsing the web, the paid for Internet if expensive! I had to keep requesting tea, coffee, sugar replenishment each day.
