Stayed for three nights last week. Excellent location. Clean, comfortable rooms and tastefully decorated. Nothing to much trouble for owners Andrew and Jill, a lovely couple. Breakfast . . Well what can I say, all locally sourced fresh produce, well cooked and presented, plenty of it. Kept us full for whole day at Yarmouth Races. Can not praise this B&B enough. Would highly recommend.

We had a lovely 5 days at barnard house. We was made to feel very welcome from the day we arrived until the day we left. Excellent host,s and a breakfast you will not beat anywhere. We,ll be back..
