Absolutely great. Nice owners had a laugh with. Clean and tidy. Superb position for hemsby. Caister and gt yarmouth. And the pub next door.

Love this site! But may not suit all. On same site as a pub/restaurant, which has regular live music, but it doesn't go on late. It's also on a fairly busy road, so traffic noise builds up fairly early. About a 20 min walk to California beach, which is dog friendly. There's also a holiday park who's facilities are open to non-residents. Good location for Yarmouth and Caister

We really enjoyed ourselfs. It was relaxing. People was very friendly. We stayed a week but it went to quick.

We have been going here for years. Good facilities, well spaced caravans and tents and a good pub next door.
