Nice atmosphere, cute pub. Staff are lovely and the food was absolutely incredible. Had the fillet steak, best steak I’ve had outside of London! Left happy, full and not out of pocket.

We joined some friends for an evening meal, good portions and large menu, however 30 mins after we sat down we could hear a constant banging noise. We realised when leaving there is an outdoor fitness class next door which uses hammers and punching bags. We honestly couldn’t hear ourselves think over the noise so would not recommend booking at the times of these classes.

Fully recommend the Dove, cosy friendly atmosphere, kind staff and delicious food with great portion sizes!

Nice old country pub menu not extensive, food served quickly and was good young staff but they did okay
