What can I say... If you haven't been here.. go now!! Going to Arboretum is like going on an adventure, I honestly felt like I was stepping into a different world, staff are amazing and the cocktails are absolutely delicious. And the dogs! O my. Absolutely perfect place. Special shout to Courtney for looking after us and making our experience extra special! I'd definitely go again when in Norwich.

Wow!!! This place is amazing! The best atmosphere in Norwich and such friendly nice staff. If you're in Norwich, DEFINITELY check the place out!! Oh and for all those dog lovers, they have a beautiful Irish Wolfhound named Dylan to keep you company! Couldn't have been happier to stumble across this place.

Was really looking forward to going in here, looked really different. Sadly I was refused entry because I wasn't wearing a mask. I told staff twice I was exempted, but this was not good enough and actually made me feel worse about my problem. I tried to explain I is not law to have a exemption card but it would seem that Arboretum are making up their own laws, telling me they could be fined. If it's not against the law to be exempted then I don't understand how they are braking the law? This is from the GOV Web sight Those who have an age, health or disability reason for not wearing a face covering should not be routinely asked to give any written evidence of this, this includes exemption cards. No person needs to seek advice or request a letter from a medical professional about their reason for not wearing a face covering. Some people may feel more comfortable showing something that says they do not have to wear a face covering. This could be in the form of an exemption card, badge or even a home-made sign. This is a personal choice and is not necessary in law.

A quirky place tucked away from the world. Amazing cocktails and they offer a ‘surprise cocktail’ if you’re indecisive like me - it didn’t disappoint! Very old timely place with a unique feel, we’d definitely be back if we lived in the area! Staff were lovely too :)

We ordered the ration packs during lockdown 2. There was loads of food and it was presented in a quirky way, even in two army mess tins and with ration cards to boot. I've still not actually been in the arboretum but will hopefully go as soon as possible, once we regain our freedom.
