When this place opened up it was really good and I was really impressed with the level of customer service and friendliness of the staff including the people who are senior. However, the last time we went there I was surprised to see how staff were treated by their senior manager who was screaming at them and similarly staff were getting agitated and were also shouting at customers including my friends and I. I’ve been a loyal customer since the opening of the lounge but due to the past few times I’ve been treated I won’t be going anymore.
The atmosphere here is amazing, the staff are nothing but lovely and kind and don’t even get me started on the food. It is to die for, the fat chips are out of this world and the wings are amazing and the homemade coleslaw I could just buy a tub of it on its own. The best shisha bar in the whole of Norwich.
Always a great time, great service, excellent Shisha flavours and presintation. If you're in Norwich I highly reccommend.
Great night, despite 10pm curfew. Definitely coming back
staff are great, shisha is great value!! honestly one of my best nights in norwich :D
