My grandmother has been an in-patient here twice over the past 18 months and was also recently admitted to the Minor Injuries Unit. On all occasions the care she received from the staff was wonderful. All her meals were cooked and presented well and standards of hygiene were very high. The ward she was on has individual rooms, each with its own bathroom and free tv. There is ample free car parking and a customer restaurant/coffee shop plus vending machines. If anyone has complaints about facilities at an NHS hospital then they need to blame the government and not the staff.

We were with our disabled daughter on x ray Staff not helpful. They said there is no hoist in the hospital. After husband's intervention, they went and brought them. These people should not work there if they do not want to help children Very bad experience

I came to the hospital around 2 weeks ago after injuring my knee. The facilities are very clean and tidy. The staff were very caring and polite.

I have autism and struggle to speak sometimes and I just had a nurse being very aggressive and impatient with me because I was struggling to speak. To the point where I had to refuse treatment because I felt so uncomfortable. Some health professional she was, get some nurses with compassion.

This website needs updating!! To tell public that a health facility is open on a weekend, when actually it is closed is not acceptable!
