Basic however clean and comfy enough for the price. Staff friendly, access through Southbound M1 or through barrier. The access through the barrier isn't particularly well signposted and on arrival I was refused entry and had to drive up to junction 18 to turn around.
Good clean tidy. Tea and coffee available for 39 great value
Friendly staff, clean room and very comfortable bed.
We were travelling home late at night and needed somewhere last minute. We called up on our way and the girl on reception was very helpful.
Check in was easy and the room was perfectly comfortable for a motorway stop over.
overall very good on that particular time.
What's to like about a service station hotel in Watford Gap? The lovely woman on reception mainly. We stayed on the way south where we encountered said woman and again on our way back north, but she wasn't there. If she had been, we'd have given another star.
