Breakfast here was underwhelming. Not only is there a charge for everything (coffee and toast not included in the meal?!) but the food portions were small and the food itself was just ok. The room was way too hot and stuffy and the decor was not the best. Dinner was another story. Our dinner on another night was by the bar and fireplace. The window was cracked so the temperature was perfect. The pub was beautiful and staff friendly and professional. The food was absolutely amazing and smelled so good. Well worth the wait and price. Make reservations as it is tiny and fills up quickly.

A very comfortable night and was looked after very well. They obviously take Covid very seriously as they had put in place many restrictions which kept us safe. The staff were very helpful and attentive.

Very calming setting in a beautiful 15th century inn. A sufficient amount of sandwiches and treats to follow. It was afternoon tea, not a lunch so only satisfiying but a very nice treat. £30 for 2 so you decide, I loved it.
