Possibly 'the' best burger I've ever had. ( compliments to the chef!) After the recent quarantine situation the owners used the time very wisely to renovate and update the pub it looks amazing, the atmosphere is brilliant. Highly recommended.
Social distancing standards faultless. Lovely drink after a walk with the dog.
Excellent little pub! The food was delicious and priced very well! dessert was amazing and beautiful!The service was fantastic and Lesley was very friendly! They are fairly new so the restaurant isn’t always open late for the evening but if you call and let them know you want to come, they will keep it open for you. Definitely something to add to your regular dining!
I was with my grandson and his girlfriend, when I decided to have a beer. To me this place was quite pleasant, we didn't have a meal at that time. But what I saw, within this place, told me that, you can get nice meals, at certain times.
Lovely customer service, a nice, separate vegan menu which is also on their website. They had a vegan paella and curry, not just burgers! There is a small classical pub section and further a cosy, bigger restaurant area. There's also outdoor seating in the back. If you're in Oundle, pop in for a meal!
